Voter Qualifications

• Be a US Citizen
• Be at least 18 years old (16 year olds can pre-register)
• Be a legal resident of Florida
• Be a legal resident of Flagler County
• Not claim the right to vote in another county or state

• Had voting rights restored after (a) being convicted of a felony or (b) adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting

Mail Ballot Requests

• MUST re-request every 2 years 
• All mail ballot requests expired at the end of 2022
• If you want a mail ballot for 2024, you need to re-request one
