Voter Qualifications
- Be a US Citizen
- Be at least 18 years old (16 year olds can pre-register)
- Be a legal resident of Florida
- Be a legal resident of Flagler County
- Not claim the right to vote in another county or state
- Had voting rights restored after (a) being convicted of a felony or (b) adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting
Mail Ballot Requests
- MUST re-request every 2 years
- All mail ballot requests expired at the end of 2022
- If you want a mail ballot for 2024, you need to re-request one
